The Central Bank of Uruguay and the International Economic Association are organizing a roundtable on “Capital Flows, Capital Controls and Monetary Policy”, to be held in Montevideo on December 7-8, 2013. The roundtable will be co-chaired by Joseph Stiglitz, Javier Bianchi and Omar Licandro
